Having us as your escrow agent, we will do the due diligence to oversee the agreed-upon conditions and only release the assets to the designated Beneficiaries after satisfaction of the conditions through a smooth and safe transaction process.

Security Trustees

Paying Agent

As a Paying Agent, we will assist in the payment distribution process according to the terms of the trust agreement or financial instrument.

We make sure that the process is carried out in tandem with us upholding good documentation practices and ensuring that the coupon and principal payments are precise and punctual.
