Celebrating Dedication: BMH Group Recognises Our Long-Serving Colleagues

At British and Malayan Holdings Limited (“BMH”) and British and Malayan Trustees Limited (“BMT”), collectively known as the Group. Our people have always been central to who we are and the work that we do. On 27 August 2026, we came together to recognise three colleagues for their years of dedication, professionalism and commitment to the Group.

The Long Service Awards for our recipients were presented by Mrs Elizabeth Hart, Independent Non-Executive Director of BMH, who joined us for the occasion to recognise and celebrate their contributions.

This year, the Group was pleased to recognise:

• Zuraidah A. Wahab – 36 years of service
• Eric Tan – 17 years of service
• David Koay – 5 years of service

36 Years of Dedication – Zuraidah A. Wahab

With an exceptional 36 years of service at BMT, Zuraidah’s journey represents more than three decades of dedication to the Group.

Over the years, she has witnessed BMT evolve through different chapters of its history while contributing her valuable experience and knowledge in supporting the group along the way. Her remarkable length of service reflects the commitment of the people who have grown alongside the organisation.

Recognising 17 Years of Service – Eric Tan

We also celebrated Eric Tan for an impressive 17 years of service at BMT.

Throughout his time with the Group, Eric has supported the administration and ongoing management of properties held within Trust structures. His role involves helping to ensure that these assets are properly maintained and administered, including coordinating property-related matters and working with relevant parties and service providers where required.

His experience and familiarity with the properties under BMT’s administration have contributed to the continuity and care with which these assets are managed on behalf of our clients.

Celebrating 5 Years with BMH – David Koay

David Koay was also recognised for reaching 5 years of service at BMH.

David brings with him more than 35 years of experience across private banking, corporate and investment banking, wealth management and corporate finance.

Since joining the Group in 2021, David has played a leadership role in shaping its strategic direction and supporting the continued development and positioning of the Group within Singapore’s trust and wealth management industry.

His five-year milestone recognises not only his service to the Group, but also his continued contribution towards strengthening the business and positioning it for future growth.

Celebrating the People Behind BMT and BMH

The Staff Long Service Recognition Incentive reflects the Group’s appreciation for the commitment and loyalty of its people. While an award can only be a small token of recognition, it provides an opportunity to celebrate the individuals whose professionalism, experience and dedication continue to contribute to the Group.

We congratulate Zuraidah, Eric and David on their respective milestones and thank them for their contributions over the years.

We also thank the Board of Directors of BMH for joining us on this special occasion and Mrs Elizabeth Hart for presenting the Long Service Awards to our colleagues.

As we celebrate these achievements, we look forward to recognising many more milestones across the team in the years ahead.
